We set off at 12.25 and travelled through some awful weather, very heavy rain, and arrived at Teifi Meadows Caravan Site at 3pm, it was raining very heavily so the owner told us to site up and he'd see us later. It was a very pleasant CL with a new shower block, quite small and unisex but very clean and with flowers growing up it. We contacted Caron and arranged for her to visit us tomorrow. After tea it stopped raining and we walked Crackers up the road to the nearest village, it was quite a warm, pleasant evening.

Mon Aug 6th
Rain overnight and most of the morning but it cleared up mid day when Caron and the children arrived, we sat and chatted most of the afternoon watching all the other residents play cricket, hampered by the owners dog who kept running off with the ball.
Caron went home then came to pick us up at 6pm to take us to an Indian restaurant in Lampeter, we had a super meal and it was a very nice restaurant, not cheap!
Caron took us back to the van and we said goodbye to them, then it was bedtime.
Tue Aug 7th
A couple of light showers overnight and mizzly this morning. We packed up and left at 0950, the weather was a bit better, no rain but grey and chilly. We called at Llanrhystud and took Crackers a walk on the beach then carried on home arriving at 1.50.
